The first step is to schedule a home assessment. From there I will develop a proper strategy to position your home on the market with respect to your goals and timelines.

Planning for Success

  • Home Assessment

    During the home assessment I’ll seek to gain an understanding of your goals and timelines. With that in mind we’ll look at how your home sits in the current local market and review different strategies to achieve the best outcome for you.

  • Prepping Your Home

    I’ll provide an actionable plan that we will work on together based on your timeline and budget. This usually involves decluttering, spring cleaning, yard work, styling or staging. It can also involve collection necessary paperwork, invoices and quotes.

  • Digital Approach

    First impressions are often online, which is why I take a “digital first” approach to marketing your home. Exceptional copy, photography & videography is key here.

  • Setting a Price

    Price is the first of three pillars to a successful transaction. Setting a price that is either too low or too high would negatively impact the sale.

  • During Showings

    I’ll be with you every step on the way, we’ll be in touch daily, coordinating shows and there to answer any questions or concerns you might have.

  • After the Offer

    from a conditional offer to final offer, to possession day. I’ll be by your side assisting in prepping your home for any inspections and ensuring you’re ready for the upcoming possession day.
